As the only Level III Trauma Center in Katy, we are equipped to stabilize patients for transfer to Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center and Children’s Memorial Hermann Hospital when a higher level of care is required. Memorial Hermann Katy is part of Memorial Hermann Health System’s integrated trauma network, the only such system in Greater Houston. The network, which includes Memorial Hermann Life Flight®, provides lifesaving care for trauma victims before, during and after their injuries.

Patient and Family Advisory Council
We are currently in the process of selecting patients and family members to help us create a sustainable Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC). As a member of the Council, you will assist with the development of the structure for the PFAC (membership, frequency of meetings, length of meetings, goals, etc.). The estimated time commitment for the PFAC is 8 meetings at 2 hours per meeting, and beyond that will be determined by the committee. Learn more »
Community Health Needs Assessment
As a part of providing Community Health to enhance the health and well-being of the residents of the Greater Houston area, Memorial Hermann Katy Hospital is required by the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act to identify the community’s health needs and strengths by conducting a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) to prioritize health issues, to provide a foundation for the development of a community health improvement plan, and to assist community organizations in their program planning. Parking Information
Just 30 miles west of downtown Houston, Memorial Hermann Katy is conveniently located on the north side of Interstate 10 just west of Grand Parkway. Take the Grand Parkway exit to access the hospital.
Parking is free for the hospital and professional buildings.
