As part of patient-centered care, therapists perform comprehensive evaluations to determine appropriate treatment to individually address your specific goals.
Please note that all patients under the age of 16 are required to be accompanied by an adult, adult family member or legal guardian during their treatment time.
Patients 16 years of age or older are required to be accompanied by an adult during their initial appointment for paper work and consent purposes. After the initial visit, adult supervision may no longer be required.
If an adult is not present with the patient as listed by our age requirements, the patient may be asked to be rescheduled.
Sara Brown, DPT has a doctorate in physical therapy and is board certified in physical therapy and a certified strength and conditioning specialist. Specializing in helping athletes return to sport, she has treated professional CrossFitters, Olympic lifters, skiers, mixed martial arts athletes and football players. In practice since 2019, she focuses on neck/shoulder, knee and foot/ankle injuries. In addition to regular clinic hours, she is available to schedule evening appointments.
Jonathan English, PT, Clinic Manager earned a Master of Science in physical therapy and has completed advanced training in differential diagnosis. He is a board certified specialist and certified strength and conditioning specialist thathas been in practice since 2004. Jonathan performs Graston Technique/IASTM and provides therapy for post-op knee ACL, meniscectomy, post-op knee, shoulder injuries (surgery and non-surgery) and non-surgery knee injuries. In addition to regular clinic hours, he is available to schedule early morning and evening appointments.
Ryan Ardoin, DPT has a doctorate in physical therapy and has completed advanced training in differential diagnosis. He is a certified strength and conditioning specialist, certified in selective functional movement assessment and in functional movement systems. In practice since 2011, he provides McKenzie Method, dry needling and Graston Technique/IASTM, focusing on conditions of the neck/shoulder, thoracic/lumbar, hip and knee areas. Ryan provides therapy to employees of Conoco Phillips.
John Fite, DPThas doctorate in physical therapy and is fellowship-trained and a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists. In practice since 2013, he specializes in neck/shoulder, thoracic/lumbar and foot/ankle conditions.
Fereshteh Golchin, PTA has an associate’s degree in applied science /physical therapy assistant, as well as aquatic certification. She provides aquatic therapy, neurological rehabilitation and vestibular rehabilitation, specializing in neck/shoulder, knee and foot/ankle conditions. Fereshteh treats patients that are 16 years of age and older.
Lisa Henc, OTR, CHT, CEAS I, CEAS IIis a registered occupational therapist, certified hand therapist and certified ergonomic assessment specialist. She holds a Bachelor of Science in occupational therapy and has been in practice since 1992. She specializes in shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand therapy. She treats orthopedic injuries from toddler (toddlers in need of splints) to adult.
Jacquelyne Holquin, PT, DPT, OCS who has been in practice since 2015, has a doctorate in physical therapy and is a certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS). She offers McKenzie Method, Graston Technique/IASTM and sports therapy to the neck/shoulder, thoracic/lumbar, knee and ankle areas for patients ages 15 and older.
Cynthia Lockwood, PT specializes in treatment for concussions, as well as treatment for the neck/shoulder and knee areas. Cynthia most commonly performs vestibular rehabilitation. In addition to regular clinic hours, she is available for early morning appointments.
Carla Purcell, OTR, CHTis a registered occupational therapist and certified hand therapist and treats patients ages 8 and older. She provides hand therapy and occupational therapy, primarily in the elbow-to-wrist area, for patients with wrist fractures, finger fractures and osteoarthritis.
Jasmine Richardson, PT, DPT has a doctorate of physical therapy and has been in practice since 2019. She is a certified sports and orthopedic manual therapist who treats a variety of conditions in the low back and the extremities of the general population, with a special interest in the running and the overhead athlete.
Vincent Rillo, PTA is a certified physical therapy assistant. He provides aquatic therapy and orthopedic post-operative services for thoracic/lumbar, knee and foot/ankle conditions.
Kara Short, PT, DPT who has been in practice since 2013, has an undergraduate degree in kinesiology/exercise science as well as her doctorate in physical therapy. She provides general orthopedic physical therapy in the cervical, lumbar, shoulder, hip, knee and ankle/foot areas.
Michael Tsang, PT, DPT is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and is residency-trained in Orthopedics. He has completed advanced training in movement analysis, differential diagnosis, blood flow restriction rehabilitation, and selective functional movement assessment. Michael specializes in treating hip, shoulder, spine, and knee conditions in orthopedic and sports populations. With his background, Michael is passionate about treating musicians and performing artists, mixed martial artists, and overhead athletes.
Leslie Tyler, PT has a master’s in physical therapy and is board certified in physical therapy. She has been in practice since 2007 and utilizes Graston Technique/IASTM to treat the neck/shoulder and knee areas.
