This is a fun, exciting and low-impact walking class with easy-to-follow steps to lively music that will make you want to move! It’s a great weekend class to improve health and wellness for a healthier quality of life.
Join us the second Saturday of every month for a physician-led fun walk followed by a health presentation, to learn how to self-manage and prevent chronic illness and diseases for a healthier quality of life.
Our signature program, Dancing with a Doc, occurs the 4th Thursday of every other month starting January 26, 2023, combining a fun and exciting Zumba class instructed by a psychiatrist followed by a presentation on mental health and wellness. Learn how emotional well-being supports a healthy quality of life.
