StepHEALTHY Walking Club

Monday through Friday
7:30 to 8:30 a.m.

A socially driven walking club that supports and encourages its community to use exercise to help meet their health goals and improve health and wellness for a better quality of life. Bring a friend and enjoy a self-guided walk in the park at any time for the best quality of life! Every step is a healthy step to improve health and wellness.

Walk with a Doc*

Second Saturday of every month
9 to 10 a.m.

Join us for a physician-led walk followed by a health presentation to learn how to self-manage and prevent chronic illness and diseases for a healthier quality of life.

Fit and Finance

Last Thursday of the month
6 to 7 p.m.

Pay yourself with the benefits of exercise. Memorial Hermann’s StepHEALTHY Fit and Finance is a free program that combines the health benefits of exercise with financial management education.
