Enjoy a self-guided mindful experience in the Little Park with a Big Heart! Follow the numbered signs and instructions to flush away stress with cleansing breaths to improve your health and emotional well-being.

StepHEALTHY Walking Club

A socially driven walking club that supports and encourages its community to use exercise to help meet their health goals and improve health and wellness for a better quality of life. Bring a friend and enjoy a self-guided walk in the park at any time for the best quality of life! Every step is a healthy step to improve health and wellness.

StepHEALTHY Fit and Finance*

Last Thursday of the month
6 to 7 p.m.

Pay yourself with the benefits of exercise. Memorial Hermann’s StepHEALTHY Fit and Finance is a free program that combines the health benefits of exercise with financial management education.
