Memorial Hermann’s StepHEALTHY Programs in Southwest Houston’s Burnett Bayland Park are designed to empower communities with health education and the benefits of exercise to improve health and reduce the risks of chronic illnesses.

StepHEALTHY Stretching Chair

Mondays
10:15 to 11 a.m.

Join Memorial Hermann for a special strength and conditioning class. All levels and abilities are welcome to join. This enhances flexibility, strength, and balance while reducing stress, improving focus, and fostering inner peace and self-awareness.

StepHEALTHY Zumba

Mondays and Fridays
6 to 7 p.m.

Join the Memorial Hermann StepHealthy trainers for exercise and wellness tips. Our signature program, Dancing with a Doc combines a fun and exciting Zumba class followed by a presentation on mental health and wellness. Learn how emotional well-being supports a healthy quality of life.

Tuesdays and Wednesdays

Join the Memorial Hermann StepHealthy trainers for a fitness class that incorporates stretching, strength, and flexibility.

StepHEALTHY Bootcamp

6 to 7 p.m.

Get the Boot Camp experience with a Memorial Hermann StepHealthy trainer and undergo exercises that will make you sweat!

StepHEALTHY Yoga/Tai Chi

Come to Burnett Bayland to experience a relaxing session of Tai Chi or a gentle yoga stretch with our StepHealthy trainers

StepHEALTHY Cardio Weight

6:00 to 7 p.m.

Come for the ultimate cardio experience with a Memorial Hermann StepHealthy trainer as they work with weights!

StepHEALTHY Coordination

Fridays
10:15 to 11 a.m.

Join us for a weekly class led by Memorial Hermann that focuses on flexibility and coordination. All levels and abilities are welcome to join.
