Designed to serve as medical homes for uninsured or underinsured families, our Neighborhood Health Centers are staffed by experienced physicians and nurse practitioners who provide preventive, acute and chronic care for adults and children for $60 per visit. We offer treatment for sudden illnesses and chronic conditions, as well as regular checkups, sports physicals, wellness exams, screenings, vaccinations and onsite laboratory services.
