A socially driven club that supports and encourages its community to use exercise to help meet their health goals and improve health and wellness for a better quality of life for a lifetime. Join in at any time during the hours listed above.

StepHEALTHY Zumba

Wednesdays 5:30 p.m.
Saturdays 10:30 a.m.

Join the Memorial Hermann StepHealthy trainers for exercise and wellness tips. Our signature program, Dancing with a Doc combines a fun and exciting Zumba class followed by a presentation on mental health and wellness. Learn how emotional well-being supports a healthy quality of life.
