Although we would love to, unfortunately we are unable to safely accommodate every request. Please keep in mind that submitting a request does not guarantee approval. All individuals in the group will need show proof of COVID vaccine and wear the proper PPE for the duration of the visit. Group will be escorted by a Badged Memorial Hermann staff member or volunteer at all times

All Special Event Requests must be submitted at least 2-4 weeks prior to the desired date to allow enough time for us to prepare and plan for the appropriate support. Events can only be scheduled to take place Monday through Friday. At this time, there is no availability for events on the weekends or holidays.
