These dedicated professionals care for you, our Most Valuable Patient (MVP). If your young athlete is injured or experience illness during practices and competitions, we are here to help.
The Memorial Hermann | Rockets Sports Medicine Institute Concierge Line is a dedicated phone line answered by our athletic trainers. They help athletes and anyone experiencing a musculoskeletal issue find the most appropriate care in the timeliest manner, based on their injury or condition and symptoms.
In the event of any common injury or sports-related injury, the athlete or loved one may call our MVP Concierge Line at (281) 725-5455 and select the location closest to the athlete from several available areas. A Memorial Hermann athletic trainer will answer the call or respond by the next day (if initial call is made during evening hours) and assess the urgency of the injury or condition over the phone. If an evaluation is necessary, the athletic trainer will arrange for an in-person meeting to physically assess the injury.

Memorial Hermann | Rockets Sports Medicine Institute offers the Concierge Line and the initial assessment by one of our highly skilled affiliated athletic trainers as a free service to the athletes of Greater Houston. If additional services are needed (imaging, an appointment with a provider or treatment by our physical therapy team), normal charges will apply and be the responsibility of the athlete.
