2 cups plain, nonfat yogurt

1 10-ounce package of chopped spinach

1/2 cup green onions

1/2 cup parsley

1/teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper


  1. Gently fold all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Serve with whole wheat bread, pita chips, or whole grain crackers. Enjoy!
