**This data was requested from the Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center and Children's Memorial Hermann Hospital Trauma Registry Database from FY25 through FY26. Trauma cases were identified based on the presence of at least one ICD‑10‑CM injury diagnosis, including S00–S99 codes with 7th‑character modifiers A, B or C (initial encounter), T07 (unspecified multiple injuries), T14 (injury of unspecified body region) or T79.A1–T79.A9 with a 7th‑character modifier of A (traumatic compartment syndrome). Eligible cases were further required to meet at least one additional qualifying trauma criterion as defined by the National Trauma Data Standard.
