Director of Linen Services Earl Smith reflects on how he and his 165+ employees worked to keep the Memorial Hermann Health System clean and how they continue to strive for the same success still today. The linen facilities team works to provide many essential items for the 14 major hospitals including: towels, surgical gowns, scrubs and even sterile surgery packs. This six days a week operation is what keeps surgeons prepared to operate, nurses ready to assess and patients comfortable.
