How paws-itively adorable is this! The facility dogs at Children’s Memorial Hermann Hospital banded together to pass out valentines to every patient on Thursday, delivering an extra dose of cuteness to their day.
Dexter, Declan, Stephan and Boris make up the facility dog team at Children’s Memorial Hermann alongside their dedicated Child Life handlers. They always go the extra mile to make sure holidays spent in the hospital still carry a sense of joy and fun. Valentine’s Day might just be their favorite, as they get to visit every patient and give out their most favorite thing: love!
The dogs also host a special Valentine’s event for staff called Smooch-a-Pooch. They set up a “kissing booth” at locations throughout the hospital for photo ops and of course, smooches for the staff.
Thanks to these sweet boys, everyone at the hospital feels the love on Valentine’s Day.
