As a part of providing Community Benefit to enhance the health and well-being of the residents of the Greater Houston area, Memorial Hermann Memorial City Medical Center is required by the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act to identify the community’s health needs and strengths by conducting a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) to prioritize health issues, to provide a foundation for the development of a community health improvement plan, and to assist community organizations in their program planning. Memorial Hermann Memorial City has three main hospital entrances (East Tower, West Pavilion and Memorial Hermann Tower) and multiple medical plazas.
All un-gated parking in the parking garages or surface lot parking is free of charge. Handicap parking is available in all parking areas.
Valet parking is available at the East Tower entrance (921 Gessner Rd.) Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and at the Memorial Hermann Tower (929 Gessner Rd.) entrance Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Valet parking is $10 payable by credit card only.
For outpatient testing and outpatient surgery, parking is available on the west side of the campus along Frostwood Dr. in the gated surface lot directly across from the West Pavilion entrance. A token will be provided for patients to exit the lot at no charge. All others pay $20.
Emergency Center parking is available on the first floor of Garage 3 accessible from Gessner Rd. between I-10 and Kingsride Ln. A token will be provided for Emergency Center patients to exit the lot at no charge. All others pay $20.
