TIRR Memorial Hermann Outpatient Rehabilitation at Memorial City

General Information

TIRR Memorial Hermann provides outpatient rehabilitation services for adults and children with brain and spinal cord injuries, amputations, orthopedic injuries, Parkinson's disease and other neurological diseases and disorders, as well as patients recovering from neurological, orthopedic or bariatric surgery. TIRR Memorial Hermann has been ranked among America’s Best Hospitals by U.S. News & World Report for more than two decades. Now that same level of advanced outpatient care is available in Memorial City.

Parking Information

You have two options for convenient parking:

• Ground-level Parking. For patients and/or caregivers who may not be able to drive in a multi-level parking garage, please park directly in front of our building.
• Garage 5. For patients and/or caregivers who are able to utilize a multi-level parking garage, please park in Garage 5. Garage 5 is located directly behind our suite. The entrance to Garage 5 is behind the Memorial Hermann | Rockets Sports Medicine Institute, which is the suite at the opposite end of this medical complex.

Parking in Garage 5

• Enter Garage 5 located directly behind the Rockets Sports Medicine Institute
• Drive to level “D”
• Once you arrive at level “D”, take a right (you will be on the side of the garage closest to
   I-10)
• Park as close as you can to the elevators (please note there are 2 sets of elevators; take the elevators closest to I-10). You should be able to see I-10 from inside of the garage.
• Take the elevator to level “A,” which is the ground level.
• Once on level  “A,” please proceed to the right
• You will pass The Davis Clinic Weight Loss Center
• We are the next suite, #108
