Functional Vision Rehabilitation at TIRR Memorial Hermann Outpatient Rehabilitation focuses on improving each patient's overall functional independence by addressing individual physical and sensory limitations.

Occupational therapists are trained in assessments and interventions with patients who have visual impairments resulting from neurological injuries or conditions as well as age-related visual impairments. This benefits clients who require treatment for multiple diagnoses and secondary visual impairments.
