Thanks to the generosity and support of Houstonians Bill and Bobetta Lindig and the employees of Memorial Hermann Memorial City Medical Center, the Lindig Family Cancer Resource Center is available to patients, their loved ones and the community to provide information, emotional support and resources to help in the fight against cancer.
Located on the first floor of Medical Plaza 4 at 925 Gessner, the Center provides a patient-centered resource for education, as well as emotional, spiritual, nutritional and genetic support services for all types of cancer patients, survivors and families, regardless of where treatment is received.

A cancer diagnosis can be overwhelming for both the patient and loved ones. One of the best ways to regain a feeling of control is by arming yourself with accurate, reliable information. The Center offers a quiet place to learn more about cancer, from prevention to treatment and recovery.

Patients and their families, especially the newly diagnosed, greatly benefit from participation in one or more of the Center’s many support groups and activities. Many patients take comfort in spending time with others with similar diagnoses.
