Together, Memorial Hermann The Woodlands Medical Center and TIRR Memorial Hermann offer the full continuum of care from emergency services through acute care and ICU services to inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation care.

Adult Outpatient Therapy

TIRR Memorial Hermann Outpatient Rehabilitation–The Woodlands provides convenient access to high-quality outpatient rehabilitation for adults with neurological, oncological and medically complex diagnoses. Every day, TIRR Memorial Hermann helps clients with neurological injury or illness, debility or medically complex diagnoses to re-engage in full and meaningful lives.

Our outpatient therapy programs are designed to help patients reach optimal functionality following an injury or illness. Personal performance goals are incorporated into a customized rehabilitation treatment program. The outpatient clinic is changing patients’ lives by helping them regain the skills and confidence they need to get back to the lives they love after injury or illness. TIRR Memorial Hermann-The Woodlands Outpatient Rehabilitation is located on the campus of Memorial Hermann The Woodlands Medical Center at I-45N and Research Forest Drive on the first floor of Medical Plaza 5 at 920 Medical Plaza Drive. Free, convenient parking garage and surface lot parking is available on site. Parking is located in the parking garage and surface lots directly next to the medical plaza. There are multiple handicapped parking places on each level of the parking garage located in close proximity to the elevator. TIRR Memorial Hermann-The Woodlands Outpatient Rehabilitation has a convenient drop off area for patients at the front entrance of Medical Plaza 5.
