- 10 Sprigs Cilantro
- 1 Tablespoons Maple or Agave (optional)
- 1 Slice Serrano Pepper (optional)
- ½ Cup Fresh Lime Juice
- ½ Cup Filtered Water or Sparkling Water
- Place the cilantro and serrano pepper in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Muddle to release juices. Add the lime juice and sweetener, if using, and fill with ice. Shake vigorously, then pour into two cups. Top with filtered or sparkling water. Garnish with more cilantro or lime.
