Memorial Hermann Health System is a non-profit, values-driven, community-owned health system serving the Greater Houston area. Our Mission is dedicated to improving health. Our Vision is to create healthier communities, now and for generations to come.
The Construction and Facility Services Team at Memorial Hermann is comprised of individuals with backgrounds in Project Management, Architecture, Construction, Engineering, Facilities, Support Services and Property Management (also known as Facility Services). We are dedicated to delivering projects by prioritizing safety and quality. For all capital projects in the planning/budgeting stage, the Facility Services Team should be consulted to assess the project’s constructability and provide design input. This helps to ensure that the renovation or addition addresses aging infrastructure, best practices and current trends associated with the goals of the project.

At Memorial Hermann, we take the safety of our patients, employees and guests seriously. We required HIPAA training for all our employees and vendors, regardless of access levels.
All vendor representatives are required to have a scheduled appointment before entering a department, surgical suite, Cath lab or special procedure suite (i.e., any area requiring scrub attire) on a Memorial Hermann campus. If the vendor representative arrives without prior notification, the physician will be asked if they do in fact require the vendor representative to be present during a specific procedure. If the physician has not requested or does not require the vendor representative to be present, this will be considered a violation of these guidelines by the vendor representative.
