General Information
Patients who have had catastrophic injuries or illnesses often need lifelong follow-up through outpatient rehabilitation to detect and prevent complications and address issues of aging with a disability. TIRR Memorial Hermann Outpatient Rehabilitation at the Kirby Glen Center provides a comprehensive range of therapeutic outpatient rehabilitation services to adults and children, all customized to meet an individual's specific needs and goals. Specialists from many disciplines are brought together to help patients progress in outpatient rehabilitation.

TIRR Memorial Hermann Outpatient Rehabilitation at Kirby Glen is located at the corner of Kirby Drive and S. Braeswood Blvd. We provide convenient surface lot parking in front of the main entrance to the facility and a carport for drop-off/pick-up. Handicap parking is also available.
