Please note that all patients under the age of 16 are required to be accompanied by an adult, adult family member or legal guardian during their treatment time. Patients 16 years of age or older are required to be accompanied by an adult during their initial appointment for paper work and consent purposes. After the initial visit, adult supervision may no longer be required. If an adult is not present with the patient as listed by our age requirements, the patient may be asked to be rescheduled.
Shawn Huddleston, OTR, CHT has a Bachelor of Science in occupational therapy and is a certified hand therapist. In practice since 1994, she specializes in treatment of the upper extremity including custom orthotic fabrication and rehabilitation of the shoulder, elbow wrist and hand. Some diagnoses Shawn treats include fracture, tendon and nerve repair as well as arthritis and repetitive strain disorders both conservative and post-operatively. Clinic hours vary by day.
Trevor McGee, DPT, who is a board-certified physical therapist, has a Bachelor of Science in kinesiology motor behavior and a doctorate in physical therapy. He performs McKenzie Method, specializing in the thoracic/lumbar, hip and knee areas.
Tracey Nweze-Thomas, DPT has a doctorate in physical therapy and is a certified orthopedic clinical specialist who has practiced since 2013. She offers aquatic therapy, McKenzie Method and Graston Technique/ IASTM for neck/shoulder, hip and knee conditions.
