            General Information

            Please note that all patients under the age of 16 are required to be accompanied by an adult, adult family member or legal guardian during their treatment time. Patients 16 years of age or older are required to be accompanied by an adult during their initial appointment for paper work and consent purposes. After the initial visit, adult supervision may no longer be required. If an adult is not present with the patient as listed by our age requirements, the patient may be asked to be rescheduled.

            About Our Clinicians

            Carrie Self, PT, Clinic Manager, North Region Area Director, a licensed physical therapist who has practiced since 1996, has a bachelor’s degree in physical therapy and has completed advanced training in differential diagnosis. She is also certified in mechanical diagnosis and therapy (McKenzie Method). She specializes in therapy for cervical and lumbar radiculopathy sprains, strains and musculoskeletal complaints, as well as post-operative shoulder, spine, hip, knee and ankle. She offers McKenzie Method, Graston Technique/IASTM and orthopedic outpatient rehabilitation for patients ages 8 and older. Carrie is the clinic manager at the Sterling Ridge and Spring CCC locations and Area Director for the North Region.

            Brian Johnston, PT graduated physical therapy school in 1983 in Scotland and emigrated to the U.S. in 1987. He has completed advanced training in differential diagnosis. He does McKenzie Method and specializes in therapy for shoulder injuries of young overhead athletes (track and field throwing events, baseball, softball, volleyball and tennis), post-operative shoulder recovery, and rehabilitation and treatment of osteoarthritic hips. Brian, who sees patients ages 16 and older, is available to schedule early morning appointments in addition to regular clinic hours.

            Douglas Kelley, DPT has a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Texas State University and has been practicing since 2012. He is a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopaedic Physical Therapyand certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy through the Mckenzie Institute. Douglas treats various orthopaedic conditions including spine, shoulder, and knee injuries. He also does Vestibular rehabilitation for dizziness and balance disorders.

            Megan LeBlanc, DPT, board certified in physical therapy, has completed a bachelor in health science studies and doctorate in physical therapy in addition to advanced training in differential diagnosis. In practice since 2016, she provides orthopedic therapy, focusing on neck/shoulder, knee and foot/ankle conditions for patients ages 13 and older.

            Lorena Turner, DPT has a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and has completed advanced training in differential diagnosis, manual therapy and is certified in dry needling. She specializes in dry needling, vestibular rehabilitation, temporomandibular joint treatment and orthopedic rehabilitation for adult patients, focusing in the neck/shoulder, thoracic/lumbar and hip areas. Lorena has practiced since 2014.

            Lindsey Inman, PTA has an associate’s degree in applied science/physical therapy assistant and is a licensed physical therapist assistant. In practice since 2004, she does McKenzie Method, specializing in the hip, knee, foot and ankle areas.

            Christina Krebs, PTA has an associate’s degree in applied science/physical therapy assistant and is a board-certified physical therapist assistant. In practice since 2015, she offers Kinesio taping, McKenzie Method, and Graston Technique/IASTM for treatment of a wide variety of orthopedic injuries/conditions. Christina is available to schedule early morning appointments in addition to regular clinic hours.
