Carrie Self, PT

Carrie received a degree in Fine Arts from Sam Houston State University and a degree in Physical Therapy from the Hogeschool Van Amsterdam. Carrie’s areas of interest and specialization include the spine, post joint replacement, and shoulder/ and is a member of our Spine Program team.

She has advanced certification/training as a Certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy practitioner, and in Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), and manual therapy.

Carrie enjoys travelling, being a mom to her two girls, and various crafts.
