Memorial Hermann Sports Medicine & Rehabilitation Pearland East offers a wide array of services from general therapy to specialty programs, with highly skilled and certified therapists. As part of patient-centered care, therapists perform comprehensive evaluations to determine appropriate treatment to individually address a patient's specific goals.
Please note that all patients under the age of 16 are required to be accompanied by an adult, adult family member or legal guardian during their treatment time.
Patients 16 years of age or older are required to be accompanied by an adult during their initial appointment for paper work and consent purposes. After the initial visit, adult supervision may no longer be required.
If an adult is not present with the patient as listed by our age requirements, the patient may be asked to be rescheduled.
LeAnne Bradley, PT has a Bachelor of Science degree in physical therapy, is board certified in physical therapy and has completed advanced training in differential diagnosis. In practice since 1984, she specializes in orthopedic sports medicine for patients ages 8 and older, concentrating on conditions of the hip, knee, foot/ankle and neck/shoulder.
Cristal Clarke-Rose, DP is a certified manual orthopedic therapist, certified dry needle specialist and has completed advanced training in differential diagnosis with an MBA and a doctorate in physical therapy. She specializes in post-op knee, shoulder and spine, and she treats head injury and concussion, as well as neck/shoulder, thoracic/lumbar and knee conditions. She provides vestibular rehabilitation, concussion therapy and Graston Technique/IASTM for patients ages 10 and older.
Charlene Lofters, PT, DPT, OCST has both a master’s and doctorate degree in physical therapy. In addition, Charlene is a certified orthopedic clinical specialist and has completed advanced training in differential diagnosis. She has been in practice since 2004, and treats all orthopedic conditions, including spine, shoulder, hip, knee, ankle, as well as sports related injuries.
Nandita Mahendra, PT has a Master of Science in physical therapy from Texas Woman's University. She has practiced in a multitude of settings since 2002 and has been with Memorial Hermann since 2016. She is certified in Functional Dry Needling I and II, IASTM, and has completed advanced training in differential diagnosis. She treats a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions related to the spine, shoulder, hip and knee with a special interest in foot and ankle injuries. She sees patients ages 6 and older.
Deborah Michel, OT, CHT has a Bachelor of Science in occupational therapy and is a licensed occupational therapist and certified hand therapist. She focuses on therapy for the elbow, hand and wrist, specializing in orthopedic conditions and trauma of the upper extremity. In practice since 1988, she sees patients ages 7 and older.
Jamie Yancey, PTA is a Physical Therapist Assistant with an Associate’s Degree in Applied Sciences. She treats orthopedic conditions of the hip, knee, ankle, foot, shoulder, and spine.
