As part of patient-centered care, therapists perform comprehensive evaluations to determine appropriate treatment to individually address your specific goals. Physician referral is required.
Please note that all patients under the age of 16 are required to be accompanied by an adult, adult family member or legal guardian during their treatment time.
Patients 16 years of age or older are required to be accompanied by an adult during their initial appointment for paper work and consent purposes. After the initial visit, adult supervision may no longer be required.
If an adult is not present with the patient as listed by our age requirements, the patient may be asked to be rescheduled.
Dana Brooks, PT, DPT, FAAOMPT completed her undergraduate degree in exercise and sports sciences followed by a doctorate in physical therapy. Dana is board certified in physical therapy and has completed a fellowship in manual physical therapy. She has been in practice since 2013 and specializes in manual therapy, including joint mobilizations and manipulations, focusing on the spine, shoulder, hip and knee regions. Dana sees sports and orthopedic patients ages 8 and older with focus on movement analysis, impairment-based diagnosis, and injury prevention.
James Hermann, PT, Clinic Manager holds a master’s in physical therapy and is certified in manual therapy and dry needling. In practice since 1995, he treats total joint and non-surgical shoulder and ankle patients who are 16 years of age and older. James performs dry needling, Graston Technique/IASTM and manual therapy for the neck/shoulder, knee and foot/ankle.
Stacy Hilty, PT, DPT received her undergraduate degree in allied health sciences followed by a doctorate in physical therapy. Stacy is board certified in physical therapy and is trained in manual therapy, including joint mobilizations and manipulations. She treats a wide range of patients ages 8 and older including sports and orthopedic patients with focus on the spine, shoulder, hip and knee. Stacy focuses on exercise prescription based on movement impairments and injury prevention.
Joshua Sulik PT, DPT, SCS completed his undergraduate degree in applied exercise physiology and a doctorate in physical therapy. He is board certified in physical therapy with a board specialty certification in sports physical therapy, and is also certified in dry needling. In practice since 2011, Joshua provides physical therapy services for sports and orthopedic conditions with an emphasis on the throwing athlete and manual therapy for the shoulder/elbow and knee/ankle areas.
Kim Stanford, PT, DPT earned an undergraduate degree in kinesiology, a doctorate in physical therapy and completed a residency and advanced training in differential diagnosis. She is an orthopedic certified specialist. In practice since 2017, she provides orthopedic manual therapy to patients ages 10 to 80. Kim specializes in cervical and lumbar pathology and pre- and post-operative dysfunction of the knee. In addition to regular clinic hours, she is available for early morning, evening and weekend appointments.
Patrick Lucas, PTA, LAT, ATC, OMTS, CSCS became licensed as an athletic trainer in 1993 and received his Physical Therapist Assistant license in 2017. Patrick holds an undergraduate degree in exercise science and is certified as a strength conditioning specialist and an orthopedic manual therapy specialist. He provides orthopedic and sports services for neck/shoulder, hip and knee areas.
We are located off of Highway 290 between Mueschke and Mason. Free parking is available in the open surface lot in both the front and back of Medical Plaza 1.
