It is a profound honor to serve as Chief Nursing Officer at Memorial Hermann Southwest Hospital. Over the years, our nursing team has demonstrated unwavering dedication, experienced clinical skill and a deep commitment to advancing patient care. Together, we have achieved significant milestones, including Magnet® designation in 2018 and redesignation in 2023. We hold ourselves accountable to the highest national standards for patient safety and quality and are dedicated to providing an excellent patient experience.
Our nurses are central to everything we do. They serve as advocates, leaders and compassionate caregivers—collaborating across disciplines to allow for the highest standards of care of every patient. More than 80% of our Registered Nurses hold a Bachelor's in Nursing, and many maintain specialty certifications, reflecting our shared commitment to professional growth, evidence-based practice and superior outcomes.
