Over the years it has been my greatest privilege and highest honor to serve as Chief Nursing Officer at Memorial Hermann Southwest Hospital. Together, we have attained many internal and external awards, improved patient outcomes, and enhanced the patient experience. Due to our nurses’ unique talents and initiative, our hospital has become one of the most proficient and innovative health care institutions in the region.
We have exemplified nursing practice excellence through the achievement of Magnet® designation by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Thanks to our nurses for their contributions to patient care and their ongoing commitment to achieve and elevate nursing excellence.
