Please note that all patients under the age of 16 are required to be accompanied by an adult, adult family member or legal guardian during their treatment time. Patients 16 years of age or older are required to be accompanied by an adult during their initial appointment for paper work and consent purposes. After the initial visit, adult supervision may no longer be required. If an adult is not present with the patient as listed by our age requirements, the patient may be asked to be rescheduled.
Vickie Imler, PT, DPT holds a bachelor’s in biochemistry, a master’s degree, doctor of chiropractic degree and a doctorate in physical therapy. She also has completed advanced training in differential diagnosis. Specializing in the neck/shoulder, hip and knee areas, she provides generalized orthopedic therapy, elder care/debility and balance therapy for patients from young adults to seniors. Vickie has been in practice since 1997.
Madeleine Koh, DPT has been in practice since 2019 and has a doctorate in physical therapy. She provides aquatic therapy, neurological rehabilitation and orthopedic/sports therapy for the neck/shoulder, thoracic/lumbar and knee areas. Beyond regular clinic hours, she is available to schedule early morning and evening appointments.
Mary Kleypas, PT has a bachelor’s in physical therapy and has been in practice in Texas since 1985. She provides aquatic therapy, elder care/debility and balance therapy, McKenzie Method for the spine, and orthopedic therapy for the neck/shoulder, thoracic/lumbar, hip/knee, and ankle/foot areas.
Candace Lillibridge, PT is a board certified Clinical Specialist in sports physical therapy and has a bachelor’s in physical therapy. In practice since 1989, she provides orthopedic and sports medicine physical therapy for a variety of patient populations, from pediatric to geriatric clients. Candace holds a clinical emphasis on treating orthopedic injuries and surgical repairs, including disabilities and injuries of the knees, hips, ankles, shoulders, neck and back, as well as ACL repairs and total joint replacements. She also provides therapy programs and education for clients with progressive idiopathic scoliosis. Her clinical interests lie in sports injury recovery, and sports/fitness reintegration for runners and golfers.
Gregory Thomas, PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS holds a doctorate in physical therapy, is a board certified clinical specialist in orthopedic physical therapy and a certified strength and conditioning specialist. He performs dry needling, Graston Technique/IASTM and Kinesiotaping for neck/shoulder, back, hip, knee and ankle conditions. Greg provides orthopedic and sports medicine physical therapy for a variety of patient populations from pediatric to geriatric clients. He has been in practice since 2003.
Emily Bishop, PTA has an Associates of Applied Sciences in physical therapy and is a board certified, licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. She is also a clinical instructor certified by the American Physical Therapy Association. In practice since 2011, she provides orthopedic and sports medicine physical therapy, and aquatic and land-based therapy. Emily treats patients of all ages, from pediatric to geriatric populations.
