Food and Cafeteria

The cafeteria at Memorial Hermann Northeast Hospital is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Hours:

• Breakfast: 7 - 9:30 a.m.
• Lunch: 11 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
• Dinner: 5:30 - 7 p.m.
• Additional Extended Grill: (Mon - Fri) 1:30 - 5:30 p.m.

Vending Machines

Vending machines are located next to the cafeteria, near the Southwest Tower Lobby and in the Emergency Department.

Gift Shop

A wide variety of toiletries, gifts and plants are available in the Gift Shop located off the Main Lobby at Entrance A. The Memorial Hermann Northeast volunteers staff the shop, and proceeds are donated back to the hospital. For more information, call (281) 540-7844.

Meditation/Chapel/Prayer Room

Located near the Southwest Tower Lobby. You may also call the chaplain at (281) 540-7829.

Visitor Information

Visiting Hours

General visiting hours are from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. After 9 p.m. and for visitors planning to stay overnight, a visitor's pass is required. This may be obtained through the Security Desk at the Emergency Department.

Smoking Policy

We are a tobacco-free campus. Tobacco use is not permitted inside or on the grounds outside the hospital. If you are interested in one of our smoking cessation seminars, contact our Cardiopulmonary Department at (281) 540-7851.

Patient Information 

Language Assistance: Interpreter services are available for all languages (including American Sign Language - ASL). The patient or family representative should ask a nurse for assistance.
