Memorial Hermann Southeast Hospital, a member of the Memorial Hermann Rehabilitation Network, affiliated with TIRR Memorial Hermann, offers multidisciplinary inpatient medical rehabilitation. The hospital’s inpatient center is designed to help patients maximize their potential following an injury or illness. A team of experts will customize your treatment plan based on your own unique lifestyle, occupation and personal goals, which helps to create results that are more than positive; they’re life changing.
This Inpatient Rehabilitation program has proudly served the Bay Area community since 1986. It shares facilities with Memorial Hermann Southeast Acute Care hospital, a 274-bed facility, which allows for direct access to acute medical and diagnostic needs. Our interdisciplinary therapy plans have allowed us to get our patients back to the life they love. Through the Memorial Hermann Rehabilitation Network we continue to focus on innovating and expanding our services to provide leading rehabilitation to the Greater Houston Area, so we can best serve our communities.
For a hospital tour, please come by Monday - Friday between 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. Visiting hours are after 4 p.m. Monday through Friday or all day Sunday.

Patients admitted to the inpatient unit will be 18 years of age or older. Patients must be medically able to participate in a comprehensive rehabilitation program. Patients may have concomitant conditions either independent of or resulting from the illness or injury. Examples include, but are not limited to, visual or hearing impairments. Accommodations will be made to meet these needs as best as possible.
There is a surface lot in the front of the hospital. If the surface lot is full, please park at the north parking lot. Take bus that will drop you off at main entrance or medical plaza 1 or 2. Follow signage or ask information desk.
