Video visits provide a convenient way to connect with your provider through a scheduled video appointment. Through video visits, you can receive care for common illnesses and chronic diseases without traveling to the doctor’s office.
Video visits allow you to have a face-to-face appointment over video with your provider. Your video visit will be conducted by using either your smartphone, tablet or computer to connect to the visit through your My Memorial Hermann™ MyChart account. You can schedule and access video visits through MyChart, allowing you to see your provider more conveniently within our secure patient portal.
Through a video visit, patients can speak with their provider to help manage an ongoing or chronic health condition, get medication refills and receive a diagnosis for a variety of common medical conditions, including but not limited to:
Securely access your health information from your device by downloading the My Memorial Hermann app.
Both new and established patients are eligible for a video visit. You must be physically located in the state of Texas at the time of the video visit.
Discuss video visits with your provider’s office to determine if they are participating at this time.
