Aldine ISD Health Navigator

The Health Navigator is a Registered Nurse who works with employees to provide them with tools and resources to manage their health and wellness. This is a voluntary and confidential program. The company will not have access to your personal health information.

Your employer has partnered with Memorial Hermann to provide you with resources to manage your health and navigate the health care system.

The Health Navigator can assist with developing strategies to manage your health and chronic conditions, communicating effectively with your doctor and navigating the medical system.

The Health Navigator meets with employees one on one, assists with finding doctors, provides medication education, helps set health goals, and provides point-of-care testing and guidance.

The Health Navigator is not a primary care provider, does not prescribe medication, and does not provide acute or ER care.

All employees are eligible to work with the Health Navigator.

All employees are encouraged to meet with the Health Navigator by scheduling either a virtual appointment or an in-person appointment at one of the locations listed above.

There is no charge to see the Health Navigator. It is a free benefit provided by your employer.
