Please note that all patients under the age of 16 are required to be accompanied by an adult, adult family member or legal guardian during their treatment time. Patients 16 years of age or older are required to be accompanied by an adult during their initial appointment for paper work and consent purposes. After the initial visit, adult supervision may no longer be required. If an adult is not present with the patient as listed by our age requirements, the patient may be asked to be rescheduled.
Mark Gugliotti, PT, who has a Bachelor of Science in physical therapy, is board certified as both a Physical Therapist and an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. He is also a certified athletic trainer. He offers general orthopedic and sports therapy for both non-operative and post-operative patients. He specializes in shoulder and knee pathology (operative and non-operative), as well as neck and back problems and SI joint dysfunction. Mark, who has been in practice since 1997, sees patients ages 5 and older and is available to schedule early morning appointments in addition to regular clinic hours.
Bria Guerin, DPT, who has a doctorate in physical therapy, is a board-certified physical therapist licensed in Texas. In practice since 2020, specializes in therapy treatments for all spinal levels, upper extremities, and lower extremity areas. Bria has experience treating both chronic and acute/post-surgical conditions. Bria sees patients 6 years and older at the Southwest location.
Renee Kubeczka, DPT has a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She treats all general orthopedic and sports-related conditions, surgical and nonsurgical. She is certified in dry needling. In practice since 2017, she offers dry needling for the hip and knee areas. She is available to schedule evening appointments in addition to regular clinic hours.
Christopher Minicone, DPT has a Bachelor of Science in kinesiology and a doctorate in physical therapy. He is certified in both dry needling and mechanical diagnosis theory (McKenzie). He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. In practice since 2010, he provides treatment of the neck/shoulder, thoracic/lumbar and knee/ankle areas for patients of all ages including a certification in treatment of pediatric orthopedics. Christopher is available to schedule evening appointments outside of regular clinic hours.
Jeremy Windham, DPT has a doctorate in physical therapy and is a board-certified physical therapist. In practice since 2013, he provides vestibular rehabilitation, Graston Technique/IASTM and orthopedic therapy for hip, knee, foot and ankle conditions. He is available to schedule early morning and evening appointments in addition to regular clinic hours.
Jerome Rodgers, PTA has a B.S. degree in nutritional sciences/allied health and an associate’s degree in applied science/physical therapy assistant. He is certified as a physical therapy assistant. He does McKenzie Method, IASTM technique, and orthopedic physical therapy for post-operative/non-operative patients. He has been in practice since 2015.
