            General Information

            Please note that all patients under the age of 16 are required to be accompanied by an adult, adult family member or legal guardian during their treatment time. Patients 16 years of age or older are required to be accompanied by an adult during their initial appointment for paper work and consent purposes. After the initial visit, adult supervision may no longer be required. If an adult is not present with the patient as listed by our age requirements, the patient may be asked to be rescheduled.

            About Our Clinicians

            Marissa Ouano, PT, CLT has a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy and is a Certified Lymphedema Therapist. She also has certification in Dry Needling, Kinesiotaping and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization. Marissa specializes in lymphedema treatment, headache and vestibular/concussion rehabilitation in addition to general orthopedics and neurological therapy, prenatal/postpartum therapy and sports-specific rehab. She sees patients age 6 and older. In practice since 1992, Marissa is available to schedule early morning and evening appointments in addition to regular clinic hours.

            Cesar Jonas Veloso, DPT has both a Bachelor of Science and a doctorate in physical therapy and is a licensed physical therapist. In practice since 1992, he provides general therapy, focusing on the neck/shoulder and thoracic/lumbar areas. He sees patients ages 14 and older.

            Kelli Garrett, PTA has an associate’s degree in applied science/physical therapy assistant. She is a certified physical therapist assistant and has a certificate in kinesiotaping. She provides Graston Technique/IASTM, as well as orthopedic and balance therapy, focusing on the neck/shoulder, thoracic/lumbar and knee areas. In practice since 2006, Kelli is available to schedule early morning and evening appointments in addition to regular clinic hours.
