As part of patient-centered care, therapists perform comprehensive evaluations to determine appropriate treatment to individually address your specific goals. Physician referral is required.
Please note that all patients under the age of 16 are required to be accompanied by an adult, adult family member or legal guardian during their treatment time. Patients 16 years of age or older are required to be accompanied by an adult during their initial appointment for paper work and consent purposes. After the initial visit, adult supervision may no longer be required. If an adult is not present with the patient as listed by our age requirements, the patient may be asked to be rescheduled.
Dayna Cox, PT has a Master of Science and a board certification in physical therapy. In practice since 2006, she offers McKenzie Method, Graston Technique/IASTM and other physical therapy services for the neck, shoulder, back, hip, knee, and ankle areas.
Salvatore Doceti, DPT has a doctorate in physical therapy and is a certified strength and conditioning specialist. In practice since 2003, he does Graston Technique/IASTM and specializes in treatment of the neck/shoulder, knee, foot and ankle areas. Salvatore is available to schedule early morning and evening appointments outside of regular clinic hours.
Michael Giardina, DPT earned a doctorate and fellowship in physical therapy. He is a board-certified orthopedic clinical specialist, a certified orthopedic manual therapist and a fellow of the American Academy of Manual Physical Therapists. He provides McKenzie Method, Graston Technique/IASTM and manual therapy for the neck/shoulder, knee, foot and ankle areas for patients of all ages.
Carrie Self, PT, Clinic Manager, North Region Area Director, a licensed physical therapist who has practiced since 1996, has a bachelor’s degree in physical therapy and has completed advanced training in differential diagnosis. She is also certified in mechanical diagnosis and therapy (McKenzie Method). She specializes in therapy for cervical and lumbar radiculopathy sprains, strains and musculoskeletal complaints, as well as post-operative shoulder, spine, hip, knee and ankle. She offers McKenzie Method, Graston Technique/IASTM and orthopedic outpatient rehabilitation for patients ages 8 and older. Carrie is the clinic manager at the Sterling Ridge and Spring CCC locations and Area Director for the North Region.
Iris Starnes, PTA has an associate’s degree in applied science/physical therapy assistant. In practice since 1999, she provides general therapy services for the hip, knee, foot and ankle areas for patients ages 10 and older. She sees patients at the Memorial Hermann Convenient Care Center in Spring.
