As part of patient-centered care, therapists perform comprehensive evaluations to determine appropriate treatment to individually address your specific goals.
Please note that all patients under the age of 16 are required to be accompanied by an adult, adult family member or legal guardian during their treatment time. Patients 16 years of age or older are required to be accompanied by an adult during their initial appointment for paper work and consent purposes. After the initial visit, adult supervision may no longer be required. If an adult is not present with the patient as listed by our age requirements, the patient may be asked to be rescheduled.
Jason Bartlett, PT has a master’s degree in physical therapy. He is a board-certified orthopedic specialist and has completed advanced training in differential diagnosis. In practice since 1998, he provides general orthopedics, dry needling and IASTM for the neck, shoulder, spine, hip, knee and foot/ankle areas. Jason treats adults at the Memorial Hermann SMR Heights Convenient Care Center. He is available to schedule evening appointments in addition to regular clinic hours.
Mitchel Blitz, PT who has a master’s degree in physical therapy, is a certified Mulligan practitioner and has a certificate in advanced functional dry needling. He offers evidence-based orthopedic care including the McKenzie Method for the spine, shoulder, hip, knee, and foot/ankle areas. Mitchel treats adult and adolescent patients at the Memorial Hermann Convenient Care Center at Greater Heights. Mitchel has been in practice since 2002.
Jason Kozel, PT, OCS, CMP, Dip. MDT has a Master of Science in physical therapy. A Diplomat in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (McKenzie Method), he is also a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and Certified Mulligan Practitioner. In practice since 2001, he specializes in musculoskeletal disorders of the spine and the extremities, both non-operative and post-operative presentations. He is available to treat adolescent, adult and geriatric populations.
