General Information

From the common cold to diabetes to immunizations, you don't have to spend a lot of time or money to take care of your health. The Neighborhood Health Center is an appropriate alternative to emergency center care for non-urgent conditions.

We offer high-quality care from family physicians and family nurse practitioners who are qualified to evaluate, diagnose and prescribe medication for your symptoms.

We are open 6 days a week and offer extended weekday hours. Although appointments are preferred, walk-ins are accepted.

Services

Preventive care and treatment of chronic and acute problems are available and include:

• Acute illness, including colds, flu, strains and sprains
• Chronic conditions, including hypertension, diabetes and asthma
• Preventive care, including annual physicals, well-child visits, immunizations Minor injuries, except fractures, lacerations and head and eye injuries

Parking Information

Surface lot parking is available outside of the building. From the lot, enter the building through the south entrance.
