Dr. Heather Hamilton is a family medicine physician who provides medical care services to patients of all ages-newborns and up. Dr. Hamilton earned her medical degree at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston, Texas, and completed her residency at Memorial Family Medicine Residency Program in Sugar Land, Texas. Dr. Hamilton providers services for a variety of medical conditions both chronic and acute, such as diabetes, hypertension, thyroid problems, depression, annual physical exams, well woman exams, sports injuries and sinus infections, among many others.
Dr. Dalbir Purewal is a family medicine physician serving patients ages 2 years and older. A graduate of the Government Medical College in Amritsar, India, Dr. Purewal completed his residency through the Memorial Southwest Family Medicine Practice Program in Houston. Fluent in Hindi and Punjabi, Dr. Purewal sees patients for well and sick visits, immunizations, yearly labs, preventive medicine, minor office procedures and more. His clinical interests include chronic diseases such as diabetes, asthma, lipid disorders and hypertension.
Dr. Kesha Zaveri is a family medicine physician serving patients aged newborn and up. A graduate of Touro University in Vallejo, California, Dr. Zaveri completed her residency at Memorial Family Medicine Residency in Houston, Texas. Dr. Zaveri decided to become a doctor because she wanted to be part of a profession where she was helping others, and she has always had a fascination with how the mind and body function. Fluent in English and Gujarati, Dr. Zaveri treats a variety of conditions including chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension and elevated cholesterol, acute problems such as headaches, the common cold and flu and other similar concerns.
Elena Stockton MSN, APRN, FNP-BC sees patients of all ages and treats a wide range of health needs, including acute and chronic illnesses, such as hypertension, diabetes and cholesterol. Her special interests include preventive medicine and health education. A graduate of the University of Missouri School of Nursing, Elena received her Master’s in Nursing from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. With more than 25 years of experience as a registered nurse, Elena has developed strong clinical and patient relationship skills.

MHMG Greater Heights offers pediatric vaccinations for children ages 5 and up, as long as they are up to date on their childhood immunizations.

All pediatric patients are required to be up-to-date on all immunizations or scheduled to receive recommended immunizations when visiting Memorial Hermann Medical Group practice locations unless there is a medical reason that the child cannot be completely vaccinated.
In accordance with the immunization schedule published by the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) and the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CSC), the pediatricians of Memorial Hermann Medical Group recommend all children receive vaccinations for the safety and wellbeing of each child and the community.
