We offer an experienced team of affiliated orthopedic surgeons, specially trained nurses, therapists and other caregivers that work together to help you reach your joint health goals, including a Joint Center Navigator who helps patients navigate the entire joint replacement process. The Joint Center includes specially designed, patient-centric model, complemented by its own gym and physical therapy space.

This class, taken before your surgery, is designed to prepare you and your family/caregivers for surgery and what to expect after surgery, including:
Registration: A representative of Memorial Hermann Sugar Land First Step will call you once your surgery is scheduled.
Where to go for the class: 1st floor conference rooms in the main hospital tower.
Class Day/Time: Classes will be held on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month.
What/whom to bring: Please have your significant other or caregiver join you for the class. Bring a list of past surgeries and current medication as well as your Joint Replacement Patient Guide, which your orthopedic surgeon should have provided you.
Joint Center Navigator
A Joint Center Navigator is available to assist patients throughout the process, from pre-admission education to discharge planning and follow-up.
Surface lot parking is available for both patients and visitors. From the surface lot, there will be a front desk at the main entrance to the hospital. A receptionist can provide further directions to the Joint Center.
