Dr. Alan Hananel, MD

Dr. Alan Hananel earned his undergraduate degree at The University of Texas at Austin and his medical degree at UT Health San Antonio Medical School. He completed his residency at the Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center and Alton Ochsner Medical Foundation Hospital.

Dr. Hananel has been in practice since 1994. He treats conditions affecting the male and female urinary tract and male reproductive organs, including bladder or prostate cancer, kidney stones, urinary tract infections and other genitourinary disorders. He speaks English and Spanish. Dr. Hananel is a member of the American Medical Association, American Urological Association, American Association of Clinical Urologists and Texas Medical Association.
