Dr. Akashdeep Singh, DPM

Dr. Akashdeep Singh earned his medical degree in Iowa at Des Moines University College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery and completed his residency at St. Joseph Medical Center in Houston.

Board certified in podiatry, Dr. Singh has been in practice since 2017 and sees patients of all ages. He performs all aspects of foot and ankle surgery, with a strong emphasis on prevention. His primary clinical interests are diabetic foot care, foot and ankle trauma, Charcot reconstruction and salvage techniques to prevent amputation.

Patients describe Dr. Singh as kind, patient and pleasant. He explains symptoms and diagnoses in understandable terms and doesn’t rush through appointments. Additionally, he is credited for approaching the physician-patient relationship as a team and asking patients about their thoughts and preferences regarding recommended treatment plans.

A resident of Pearland, Dr. Singh enjoys running, baking and movies in his leisure time. He frequently volunteers to serve on international medical mission trips.
