Dr. Jennifer Mullen, DO

Dr. Jennifer Mullen earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Xavier University of Louisiana and her medical degree from the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her pediatric residency training at the University of Toledo College of Medicine and Life Sciences in Ohio.

Dr. Mullen is board certified in pediatrics. She sees patients from newborns to age 21 for a variety of common childhood conditions, including common colds, ear infections, eczema, routine wellness visits and minor sports-related injuries, as well as chronic conditions such as asthma and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). In addition to her board certification, she holds a certificate in basic life support.

Her primary clinical interest is preventative care, an emphasis grounded in her training in osteopathic medicine, which treats the body as a unit and focuses on its self-healing properties. She enjoys working with families to ensure they maintain a healthy lifestyle, get the proper nutrition and make sure that growth and development stay on track.

Her approach to patient care focuses on collaborating with patients and parents to develop the best treatment plan that is not only based on guidelines but also practical and manageable for the family.

She enjoys the continuity of seeing patients from infancy through adolescence to early adulthood and considers the bond with patients and families to be very special.
