Dr. Claire McGhee, DO

A native Houstonian, Dr. Claire McGhee graduated from Midwestern University-Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine where she was awarded the Pediatric Chairman’s Award for Outstanding Clinical Performance. She completed her residency training in pediatrics at the University of Florida-Jacksonville.

Board certified in pediatrics, Dr. McGhee treats patients from newborn to 18 years old with a special focus is on childhood obesity and early childhood development.

Fluent in Spanish, Dr. McGhee has a passion for educating new parents and helping them navigate the challenges of raising young children. Her aim is to guide her patients to a healthy future.

Her patients value her friendly personality and ease of conversation. She makes it a point to be available to each patient and takes the time needed to listen to their concerns.

Dr. McGhee has served on medical mission trips to Guatemala and other countries. In her spare time, she enjoys running, baking, photography, reading and spending time with her family.
