He earned his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas and completed his residency training in orthopedic surgery at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth) Medical School.

Board certified in orthopedic surgery, Dr. Likover has been practicing orthopedics in Houston for more than 30 years. His clinical interests include hip replacement, hip surgery, knee arthroscopy, knee replacement, knee surgery, minimally invasive joint replacement surgery, oxford knee replacement (partial knee), partial knee replacement, shoulder replacement and sports medicine.

A member of the Harris County Medical Society, Texas Medical Association and Western Branch – H.C.M.S., Houston Orthopedic Society, Dr. Likover is the orthopedic surgeon to the Katy High School Tigers football team.

Dr. Likover is a multi-engine, instrument rated pilot and enjoys flying, hunting, fishing and spending time with his wife and three sons.
