Dr. Mahmood Moradi, MD

Dr. Mahmood Moradi earned his medical degree at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. He completed his internship and residency at Parkland Memorial Hospital of Dallas and a fellowship in neurological surgery at Children’s Medical Center Dallas.

Dr. Moradi, who has been in practice in Houston’s Memorial City area since 1997, is board certified in neurological surgery. His primary clinical interests are brain tumors and cervical, thoracic and lumbar fusions, and he performs carpal tunnel surgery and kyphoplasty (surgery to treat fractures in the vertebra). He treats patients age 18 and older.

His practice philosophy centers on providing excellent patient care. He emphasizes the importance of communication with his patients and their families in bringing about the best outcomes. Patients value his high level of skill that leads to the positive results that allow them to resume their lives.

A resident of the Memorial area, Dr. Moradi is married and the father of three children. Away from his practice, he enjoys family activities, swimming and music.
