Dr. Trung Luong, MD

Dr. Trung Luong earned his medical degree at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, where he also completed his internship, residency and fellowship.

Board certified in internal medicine and nephrology, Dr. Luong has been in practice since 2006. He sees patients ages 18 and older. His primary clinical interests are kidney disease and transplantation. Additionally, he has extensive experience in treating glomerulonephritis and nephropathy. He also speaks Vietnamese and Spanish.

His practice philosophy is patient-centered and compassionate. He treats every patient with the same compassion, respect and attention that he would want for himself and his family. His patients appreciate the time he spends with them and his willingness to listen. They describe him as a kind and caring physician who explains conditions clearly so they understand their treatment options.

In his leisure time, Dr. Luong enjoys watching TV, reading, snowboarding and spending time with friends and family.
