Dr. Yasser Al-Khadra, MD

Dr. Yasser Al-Khadra earned his medical degree in Syria at the University of Damascus. He completed his internship and residency at Case Western Reserve University/St. Vincent Charity Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio. He went on to complete a fellowship in cardiovascular disease at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine and a second fellowship in interventional cardiology at Wayne State University/Detroit Medical Center.

Board certified in interventional cardiology, cardiovascular disease, nuclear cardiology, cardiovascular computed tomography and internal medicine, Dr. Al-Khadra is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology. He has been in practice since 2012 and sees patients ages 17 and older. He also speaks Arabic.

Dr. Al-Khadra provides comprehensive cardiac care and has experience in management of complex coronary artery disease. His primary clinical specialties are chest pain, coronary artery disease, chronic total occlusions, complex coronary interventions, valvular heart disease, congestive heart failure, preventive cardiology and pericarditis.

A resident of the Energy Corridor, Dr. Al-Khadra enjoys guitar and music production in his leisure time.
