Dr. Kevin Oguayo, MD

Dr. Kevin Oguayo, who grew up in Pflugerville, Texas, earned his medical degree at The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. After his residency in internal medicine at Texas A&M Health Science Center Scott and White Memorial Hospital in Temple, Texas, he completed a cardiology fellowship at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, an interventional cardiology fellowship at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville and a structural heart fellowship at Hackensack University Medical Center in New Jersey.

Board certified in both internal medicine and interventional cardiology, Dr. Oguayo has been in practice since 2011 and treats patients ages 18 and older. His primary clinical interests are structural cardiology and percutaneous valve replacement. He also speaks Igbo.

Quality, individualized care is the focus of Dr. Oguayo’s practice approach. He treats patients like family, actively involving them in their health care and inspiring them to achieve better health. They appreciate his ability to make them feel comfortable by creating an environment that lets them candidly share their thoughts about their medical needs.

A resident of Houston, Dr. Oguayo enjoys exercising and watching sports when he’s away from his practice.
