Dr. Faisal Pirzada, MD

Dr. Faisal Pirzada earned his medical degree from the Aga Khan University in Pakistan and completed his residency in internal medicine at the University of Illinois.

Board certified in internal medicine and sleep medicine, Dr. Pirzada is also a hypertension specialist. His clinical interests include hypertension, sleep disorders, diabetes, cholesterol and weight management. In practice in Texas since 2000, he treats patients ten years old and up, and speaks Urdu, Hindi and Punjabi. Dr. Pirzada is a member of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine and has served as the medical director of the Sleep Center of West Texas and the Diamond Sleep Lab.

Prevention is an important part of Dr. Pirzada’s philosophy, and he is known for being easy to communicate with and thorough. At his clinic, he offers patients a variety of testing and services, including lab work, advanced lipid testing, allergy testing and treatment, cardiac stress tests, echocardiograms, home sleep studies, vaccinations, weight management, ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, Holter testing and pulmonary function tests.

A resident of Fort Bend County, Dr. Pirzada is married and the father of three sons. In his leisure time, he enjoys fishing, camping and outdoor activities.
