Dr. Anuradha Kantamani, MD

Dr. Anuradha Kantamani earned her medical degree from Ghandhi Medical College at Osmania University in India. She then completed her residency in internal medicine at East Carolina School of Medicine in Greenville, North Carolina, followed by her fellowship in gastroenterology at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson.

Board certified in internal medicine, Dr. Kantamani has practiced medicine in Katy since 1997. Her clinical interests include preventive care and chronic medical conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, anemia allergic rhinitis, Alzheimer’s disease, headaches, heart failure anxiety, arthritis, kidney stones COPD, acid reflux, obesity, thyroid disease and osteoporosis.

Dr. Kantamani provides personalized comprehensive care to patients 14 years and older. She believes that good communication is the key to a strong patient/physician relationship. She advocates education to develop a healthy life style. Dr. Kantamani speaks Hindi and Telugu.

Dr. Kantamani is a member of the American College of Physicians, Texas Medical Association and Harris County Medical Society.

Residents of Katy, Dr. Kantamani and her husband have two children. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, music and spending time with her family.
