Dr. Tamika Jaswani earned her medical degree from the University of The West Indies. Afterward, she completed her internal medicine residency and gastroenterology fellowship at Carilion Clinic-Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine in Roanoke, VA.

Dr. Jaswani is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. She is a gastroenterologist treating adult patients 18 and older. She treats a wide breadth of gastrointestinal complaints from acid reflux, difficulty swallowing, diarrhea, constipation, inflammatory bowel disease and liver disease. She performs upper endoscopies, as well as diagnostic and screening colonoscopies.

Dr. Jaswani’s primary goal is to help her patients improve their health by collaborating with them and educating them on their medical conditions. She strives to be the best listener for her patients to ensure they feel understood and cared for.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, crafting and spending time outdoors.
